What we do with your email address.

Last updated

Haden is pre-launch. The only personal information this site collects is an email address, typed into one of two forms, and it is used for the reason that form states and no other.

What we collect

Nothing else. No name, no address, no account, and no payment details: the hold is taken only once a place is confirmed by email, and never through this site. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

If you request a place, to reply about it: whether a place is available, and, when it exists, the date of the first run. If you subscribe to the Haden Club, to send occasional email about Haden. The two are separate lists, and joining one does not add you to the other.

We will not sell your address, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Both forms are processed by Formspree, which passes each submission to our inbox, and addresses are kept with the email provider we use to write to you. They handle the address on our instructions and for no other purpose. Both may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the list it belongs to is retired, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the unsubscribe itself, so that we do not email you again by mistake.

Getting out, or getting it deleted

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. To ask what we hold for you, to correct it, or to have it deleted outright, write to . We will act on it and confirm by email when it is done.

Children

Neither form is intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an address, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
